 These cells have also been tested on the 2007and up EPA compliant diesels with the aftertreatment system. We have had better than expected results. The cells reduce the amount of times and lengthened the periods between regenerations and cleaning of the DPF. This in effect reduces fuel consumption and service intervals. It has also helped to keep the EGR system cleaner which will help to reduce problems with the system.

You will also notice the oil and exhaust stays cleaner when using a HHO system.

.These cells have been tested with up to 12 hours of  continuous on road operation for a 120 day period with no adverse affects to output or component failures.

These cells are constructed of heavy plastics and built to last the everyday abuses of the truck. The cells are air tight  for optimal efficiency. The cell reservoir has a built-in bubbler to clean the gases before they go to the engine.

The cell set-up has one fill point for the cell. They also have a single drain point for the cell.

The results of these cells has been a collaboration with our customer to come up with cells that have ease of maintenance and durability.

The main concern of our customers has been,

1. For a system that only needs to be filled when the truck is filled with diesel.

             The cells have a 3+ gallon reservoir, and still have water after 250              gallons of diesel.

2. An improvement in mileage that would be the same mileage as driving at 60 mph while driving at 75 mph.

             One for our customers has been driving at 60 mph for he last 2 years to              save on fuel cost. With the addition of our single cell he is now driving at              75 mph and saving more than he did at 60 mph.

3.          The added horsepower and torque that would help to flatten out some of              the grades.

             Our customers have noted a marked increase in power since the              addition of the cells. The comments have been that they like the extra              power that comes with the added mpg.

The cells come fully assembled, wired.

All that is left to do is to mount the cells  and connect the wires and tubing to the engine (one positive and one negative cable, one wire to an ignition source, and two gas hose).

We provide the wiring and plumbing diagrams along with pictures of actual installations.

Included with the cell:

             2—30 amp panel mount auto reset circuit breaker

             10—feet of 8 gauge welding cable

             10—feet of split loom (to cover the cable)

             20—feet of 18 gauge wire

             10—feet of 3/8” automotive fuel line

             10– feet 1/4” air line

             1-pressure regulator

             1-SPDT switch

             1– SPST switch

             1-16” bubbler

             We can also adjust the wire and tubing lengths to fit your particular application for a minimal cost.

All terminal ends and connections are crimped and soldiered, and covered with sealing heat shrink. Wires are covered with convoluted split loom wire cover for protection to the wires.

There are also several wire ties to secure wires and hose.

We can also vary our arrangement to fit your particular needs.
